Erika is an ESG Analyst at Summit Strategy Group. She specializes in quantitative research and technical communication, and she has a passion for mission-driven work. Prior to joining the firm, she supported the advancement office of her alma mater, The Ohio State University, in the areas of donor relations and data management. She also spent time at a nonprofit consulting firm, engaging local organizations on issues like board governance and strategic planning.

Erika earned a bachelor's degree in linguistics with a minor in professional writing from Ohio State, and her research focused on sociolinguistics and language contact. Erika is an aspiring novelist who is always seeking to hone her writing and editing skills.
