Before joining Summit, Carly Dominick-Sobol honed her skills in sustainability communication by working as an environmental educator for over 8 years. An avid adventurer in any season, Carly is passionate about identifying business solutions that positively impact the natural world. Working in nonprofits and the education system for the last decade has inspired Carly to use the pillars of ESG to quantify and improve corporate impacts.

Carly received a bachelor’s degree in biology and pre-medical studies from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts. She completed the Impact MBA program at Colorado State University in 2022, where she focused on corporate sustainability and greenhouse gas management. In her free time, Carly loves to bake, hike tall mountains, and skate on any frozen body of water.
