We are thrilled to welcome the newest member to our team, Gemma Goebel!
Gemma comes to Summit with a background in policy, communications, and political campaigns.
Before joining Summit Strategy Group, Gemma was a Project Coordinator in Sacramento News & Review’s client division. In this role, she managed client projects, researched and analyzed environmental policy, and supported narrative development and community outreach initiatives. She also engaged stakeholders and assisted with California environmental coverage on SN&R.
Prior to her work as a Project Coordinator, Gemma supported 2020 presidential election campaign efforts in Michigan and worked as an organizer during the 2021 California gubernatorial election. She also compiled data for voter education in her role as a research intern for League of Women Voters of Butte County.
Gemma holds a degree in Political Science and Psychology from Chico State.
