We are excited to welcome Kailey Sjauwfoekloy and Richa Agarwal to our team.

Kailey joins the Summit team as a Public Affairs Intern. Kailey just finished up her first year at Georgetown University where she studies Government and is actively involved in organizations linked to political affairs, social good, and community advocacy. Prior to joining Summit, Kailey interned with the San Francisco Board of Supervisors where she focused on establishing a youth council for her district. 

Richa joins the summit team as a Senior ESG Analyst. Richa works at the convergence of sustainable finance, strategy, science-based research & communication. She graduated with Masters in Environment Sustainability from University of Pennsylvania. At Penn, she initiated one of its kind Climate Fellowship as the co-chair and founding member of Climate Leaders at Penn, a growing graduate group to promote climate education amongst graduate peers. She completed her undergraduate degree in Mathematics from the University of Delhi.
