Julie Chlopecki has more than 25 years of experience in government and the private sector where she has been engaged in transportation, energy, education, and environmental infrastructure policy. She has helped clients successfully navigate virtually every major congressional authorization and appropriations affecting these interests and has worked with federal agencies—including Department of Energy, Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration, Federal Emergency Management Agency, Federal Highway Administration, and the General Services Administration to advance issues or solve problems for clients.

Julie has worked in the private sector for the past two decades, first, working with Ann Eppard Associates and, since 2003, as a partner in her own firm, Xenophon Strategies. Xenophon is recognized as one of the most successful independent public and government affairs firms in Washington, D.C. It was here that she implemented her vision to expand the traditional lobbying services for clients, integrating public affairs and legislative strategies to achieve success.
